Greener Grass

Interview

Greener Grass directors met with us in the Royal Barrière Hotel. And it was impossible to miss them, hanging on their high heels in their checkered pattern dress and dizzying haircut even crazier than their makeup, the charismatic Jocelyn DeBoer and Dawn Luebbe are weirdly captivating, such as their movie.

Greener Grass takes place in a Heavenly Suburb, almost like a parallel universe. A place where everyone is wearing braces, coordinate clothes and your son might turn into a dog after a fall in the pool. Eccentricities apart, the film is an American dream satire, it mocks efficiently the idealized upper middle class made in USA.
