Nominated for the Oscar of best short movie in 2011 with “Madagascar, Carnet de Voyage”, Bastien Dubois has just won an award at the Sundance Festival with his new installment, “Souvenir Souvenir”. In this beautiful film, the internationally renowned French prodigy uses a combination of several technics to animate a very personal reflection about the Algerian war’s legacy. For La Fête du court-métrage, to attend online until March 30th, the director told us about his work.
